Soon after, Glenn proposed. To celebrate the engagement, they followed their friend back to a local restaurant, where all of their friends and family waited to congratulate them. “I must admit, it was a perfect plan and flawless execution,” Dana says. “I wouldn’t expect anything less from Glenn.”

Life's Been Good

Glenn was raised in Reno and has been in love with the outdoors his entire life. He fondly remembers camping trips with family and Scouting adventures, where he learned to appreciate everything about nature. He met Dana while working as a firefighter and paramedic with the San Francisco Fire Department. Looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, he introduced Dana to one of his favorite destinations—Truckee.

She is a Bay Area native, but fell in love with this area at first glance, and they have been making the most of the great life together ever since.
